Best hotel I have been the last 15 years. And I travel very often all around the world. Everything was just excellent: the room, the staff, the facilities. Great gym, swimming pool, spa. The breakfast was superb. And it was not expensive at all. This is best in class. Should be a 5-star hotel.

As a family of 4 we got two deluxe rooms and they had connecting rooms which was easy. The rooms are fine and similar to most hotels. We booked massage which is in the hotel and the personnel was friendly and one spoke some reasonable English so could communicate fine.

Staff is friendly and competent they can help with travel plans if need be, breakfast was incredibly varied (indonesian style), swimming pool makes a Nice addition. Location is also great to explore Minang region

Fast checkin. Less than 10minute. Very acommodating and frendly staff. Very comfortable room and superb view of rice field. Nice local cullture show during breakfast on 1st day of our stay
